Administration Staff

  • About:
    Drive Synergas sustainability and compliance across depots, fleet, and customer sites. You’ll help us meet regulatory obligations, reduce environmental impact, and embed best practice across operations.

  • Tasks:
  1. Prepare and manage permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting
  2. Lead spill prevention/response planning and controls
  3. Monitor emissions, waste, and water; maintain records and KPIs
  4. Plan and conduct internal audits and risk assessments
  5. Deliver staff training and toolbox talks (HSSE/ADR/environment)
  6. Manage ESG data, targets, and continuous improvement projects

  • Requirements:
  1. Degree in Environmental Engineering (or related discipline)
  2. Working knowledge of LPG/industrial environmental regulations
  3. Hands-on experience with environmental auditing/monitoring
  4. Strong reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills
  5. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ISO 14001, auditor)
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
